for a dream night

To put the odds on your side, here are some ideas to improve your sleep

-Your evening ritual

It includes make-up removal or cleaning with ourMadame Rêve ointment, a facial massage withDream Nightand to complete it all, a spray of ourpillow mist.

- Sleep at fixed times.

Our biological clock does things well, if you go to sleep at fixed times, you learn to regulate it, and to give yourself a sleep rhythm essential to your mental balance. It is advisable to sleep between 7.5 and 9 hours of sleep.

- Sleep in total darkness

When night falls, our brain secretes melatonin, the sleep hormone, if the eye perceives light, it delays the secretion of melatonin, which is why screens should be avoided before going to bed, and we will favor a night mask to avoid any risk of light and have a real restful sleep.

- Let go: we advise you to do the dermapositive evening meditation, or cardiac coherence, inhale through your nose for 5 to 7 seconds then exhale through your mouth for the same duration, do it until you fall asleep.

-positive motivation : Organize your room so that it is pleasant to welcome you, read a book, prepare a nice night outfit, and mentally remember 3 to 5 positive things that happened to you during your daytime.
